Room Two features a relaxed Scandinavian design, highlighted by its comfortable and modern sofa and armchairs. Ideal for one-on-one sessions, couples, and family therapy, it stands out as one of our largest and most versatile rooms. The soft lavender furniture adds warmth and charm, enhancing the room's contemporary and inviting atmosphere. Additionally, the space includes a small folding desk, perfect for making notes, working online, or managing administrative tasks. Thanks to its generous size, the room can be easily adapted to suit massage therapy, art therapy, or various other creative therapeutic practices. For added comfort and confidentiality, the room is equipped with an air purifier, soundproofed doors, and sound-absorbing panels installed in the ceiling, ensuring a private and peaceful environment for all clients.

Room Three has a contemporary yet warm feel, with two large, comfortable green armchairs and a cosy green sofa. This room is perfect for one-on-one or couples’ therapy and ideal for massage and alternative therapies (a free massage table is available, and the room can be easily adjusted to suit your needs). We also provide a folding table for admin or remote working. The room is filled with natural light and features geometric shapes and soft textiles in greens, blues and a touch of yellow that provide a natural contrast to the neutral greys and whites and dark green foliage in the rest of the room. The room has an air purifier, as well as soundproofed doors and sound absorption panels fitted in the ceiling so you can be sure of privacy.

Room Four stands separately from the building, providing additional privacy. Clean and modern style decor creates the feel of a Scandinavian cabin. With two armchairs and a large sofa, this room is suited to one-on-one, couples and family therapy. As the room is separate from the rest of the centre, you are able to use equipment which may make some noise, such as using meditation bowls. This room is fully equipped with a folding table and its own mini kitchenette allowing you to adapt the room to your needs. The bright natural light adds to the serene sense of peace and highlights the gentle teal, grey and yellow colour scheme. The rooms have a folding table for admin or remote working as well as an air purifier.
